You can make changes to your account using our online account management system, and it might be quicker than calling us.

Change your address

Depending on your Plan’s rules, you can change your address, phone number, personal email address and the date you’ve selected for retirement.

Get a valuation

Check your Plan value, rate of return, the change in your investments and your most recent contributions. You can also see an estimate of what your final pension pot may be worth.

Transfer a pension to us

If your scheme allows, you can use our online transfer tool to transfer pensions from previous employers to us.
