The calculations are based on retirement savings increasing by 1% of the gross salary stated until age 68 (retirement). With salaries growing at 3.75% each year (and the additional 1% contribution will also increase at this same rate). The assets will grow at 5% each year. We do not account for tax or the effect of inflation. - The Fidelity Global Sentiment Survey, 2021.
